Leveraging our PE Biorepository, we are performing high-throughput proteomics to identify novel biomarkers associated with PE and clinical deterioration after a PE diagnosis. This work is being performed in collaboration with colleagues at the Broad Institute and the Harvard Department of Computer Science.
