INVENT

The INternational VENous Thrombosis Network is the largest consortium of genetic epidemiology studies of VTE in the world. Led by Dr. Nick Smith at the University of Washington, INVENT meta-analyses have grown to include more than 50,000 subjects with Venous Thromboembolism and more than 1 million controls. CVE investigators were among the founding members of INVENT and continue to perform large-scale genomic analyses along with our consortium colleagues.
